At Péthalo®, we are committed to providing a seamless and thoughtful experience. Kindly review our cancellation policy before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Requests

• Before Shipment: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Please contact our customer support via email or Messenger with your order details.

• After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted. For eligible cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
   

2. Cancellations by Pethalo®

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

• Incomplete payment within the required timeframe.

• Item is out of stock or unavailable.

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

• System errors resulting in incorrect pricing or product listing.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method.

3. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

• Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
