1. Do you ship nationwide?
We currently only offer direct delivery within Metro Manila, Central Luzon, and Calabarzon regions.
2. How long does delivery take within Metro Manila?
Typically 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. What are the payment methods on your website?
We accept GCash payments for direct orders on pethalo.com.ph.
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened. It does, however, come with a free 2ml vial sample for you to test before opening the product. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at customercare@pethalo.com.ph so that we can arrange a replacement.
5. Do you have a physical store?
We currently only operate online. You can find our products on our official website pethalo.com.ph and on our Lazada store lazada.com.ph/shop/pethalo.
6. Are your fragrances Vegan?
We currently do not claim Vegan as Vegan certification for fragrances lacks a universal standard, but we are fully prepared to pursue it once industry-wide guidelines are established.
7. Are your fragrances Cruelty-Free?
We currently do not hold the Leaping Bunny Certification, a widely recognized industry standard for cruelty-free products, due to the significant costs and complexities involved. Still, we aim to achieve this in the future.
8. Are your fragrances IFRA Compliant?
Yes, Péthalo holds IFRA Compliance Certificates for both Cariñosa and Capricho fragrances.
9. Are your fragrances Philippine FDA approved?
Yes, Péthalo holds Cosmetic Product Notifications for both Cariñosa and Capricho fragrances.
