 1. Do you offer nationwide delivery?

At present, we provide Next-Day Delivery within Metro Manila, Central Luzon, and Calabarzon. Each order is handled with care to ensure a seamless experience within these regions.

 

2. How long does delivery take?

For early bookings, expect same-day delivery. Orders placed later in the afternoon will arrive by the next business day—swift, seamless, and always complimentary. Kindly note that purchases made on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. For orders placed on Lazada, please refer to their platform for updated delivery coverage.

 

3. What payment methods are available on your website?

We currently accept GCash for direct purchases made through pethalo.com.ph, offering a secure and convenient transaction experience.

 

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns for opened products. To ensure your satisfaction, each fragrance includes a complimentary 2ml vial for sampling prior to opening. Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at customercare@pethalo.com.ph, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.

 

5. Do you have a physical store?

Péthalo® is currently available exclusively online. You may explore our creations via our official website and our Lazada store at lazada.com.ph/shop/pethalo.

  

6. Are your fragrances vegan?

While our fragrances are crafted with thoughtful ingredient choices, we do not currently claim vegan certification due to the lack of a universal standard. As industry-wide guidelines evolve, we remain committed to pursuing this designation in the future.

 

7. Are your fragrances cruelty-free?

We deeply value ethical practices. Although we do not yet hold the Leaping Bunny Certification due to its complexities, we aspire to achieve this recognition as part of our ongoing commitment to responsible perfumery.

 

8. Are your fragrances IFRA compliant?

Yes. Both Cariñosa and Capricho hold IFRA Compliance Certificates, affirming our dedication to safety and global fragrance standards.

 

9. Are your fragrances approved by the Philippine FDA?

Indeed. Péthalo® holds Cosmetic Product Notifications for both Cariñosa and Capricho, ensuring compliance with Philippine FDA regulations.
