At Péthalo®, we are committed to your satisfaction. Each fragrance is crafted with care, and we uphold thoughtful standards to ensure a seamless experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items that meet all of the following criteria:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item is in its original condition, with all seals and tags intact.
A clear unboxing video is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items Note: Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts are final sale and not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used perfume bottles.
Items showing signs of tampering or damage after delivery.
Free gifts or promotional items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact Us at customercare@pethalo.com.ph with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos (including an unboxing video if applicable).
Approval: Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Shipping: Approved returns must be sent to our designated address. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Refunds
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. A clear unboxing video is required. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
